Swivel Digital is led by Ryan Rogers, who brings over a decade of software and digital product experience to every project. That experience spans software development, digital delivery, digital systems leadership, product delivery, vendor management, cyber security governance and digital strategy, including cross-platform mobile application development, gained across government, education, health and commercial digital products.

Ryan brings that same practical, delivery-focused approach to every Swivel Digital project, whether that's a new mobile app or a piece of custom internal software.

When you work with Swivel Digital, you work directly with Ryan — not through layers of account management. That means an experienced software and digital product professional who has delivered across the public sector, healthcare, education and commercial product teams is the person actually planning and building your project.

What we do

Practical software product delivery.

We design, build and support mobile apps and digital products. That covers new mobile apps built from scratch, product ideas turned into working MVPs, existing software that has stalled or broken down and needs rescuing, older apps that need modernising, and practical AI capabilities added where they genuinely help.

Technology is a means to an end for us, not the pitch. We choose the right approach for each product rather than defaulting to a single framework or platform, and we are just as comfortable improving an existing product as starting a new one.
