When you submit the contact form or the "Start a project" form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), and your message. This information is sent by email to Ryan Rogers at ryan@swiveldigital.com.au so we can respond to your enquiry. It is not stored in a separate database by Swivel Digital — the only record is the resulting email.

Third-party services we use

Contact form submissions are delivered using Resend, a transactional email delivery service, which processes the information you submit in order to send it to us as an email. This website is hosted on Vercel. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (see Cookies below). We have not independently verified where these providers store or process data geographically, and do not claim that information is stored within Australia.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (derived from IP address) and device or browser information. We do not currently use any advertising or marketing pixels, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Spam and bot protection

The contact form does not currently use a CAPTCHA or dedicated bot-detection service. Submissions are validated client-side for required fields and a valid email format before being sent.

Your rights

If you would like a copy of the information you have submitted to us, or would like it deleted from our email records, contact ryan@swiveldigital.com.au and we will action your request.
