Code quality and structure, how the app is built and deployed, how dependencies and third-party services are managed, security and data handling practices, and whether the app can realistically support the features you want to add next. The first engagement is typically a paid technical discovery or software assessment, which gives you a clear, documented picture before any larger commitment is made on either side.

Tell us what you do have, whether that is store listings, partial exports, or documentation, and we will assess what is recoverable. In some cases the most practical path is a rebuild rather than recovery.
We review the codebase, architecture, build and deployment setup, and dependency health, then document what is salvageable, what is risky, and what a realistic path forward looks like, with rough effort involved.
It depends on the state of the code. Sometimes stabilising and gradually modernising the existing app is the right call. Sometimes a clean rebuild of specific parts, or the whole app, is genuinely faster and cheaper long term. We will tell you which situation you are in.
